Book a 30-minute meeting & brief us

We begin by asking detailed questions to understand your needs and requirements better. This ensures we gather all the essential information to find your perfect fit!

Interview and select your candidates

In 72 hours, you’ll receive tailored profiles of selected candidates. Through interviews, discover the ideal match. With our top-tier candidate pool, your most challenging task will be deciding whom to hire.

Kickoff meeting

After the round of interviews, you choose the professionals you want to work with. We set up a date and a time for the Kickoff, and you guys start working together! During the Kickoff meeting, your Account Manager will walk you through our Best Practices for remote work and clear all your doubts!

If the back and forth between you and us is fast, the
process generally takes no more than 5 days!
